Development: De Vere Village Hotel 5*
Location: Oldham
Description of work: Fully decorating the 120 Bedroom hotel including conference rooms, meeting rooms plus full lesiure facilities, fitness suite and swimming pool areas.
Additional Information: This was New Decs first De Vere hotel for contractor ISG and out efficient works and excellent completion times secured the contact for the next De Vere development in Leeds.
